His property expertise spans single-family and multi-family homes, and as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), he offers compassionate and informed guidance through every stage of the process.
Before becoming a Realtor®, Wayne spent decades as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Insurance Agent, giving him a deep understanding of the financial side of real estate transactions. That background, paired with his Business degree from Texas A&M University and Our Lady of the Lake University, allows him to help clients navigate their home purchase or sale with confidence and clarity. Loyal, attentive, and fluent in Spanish, Wayne takes the time to listen, understand, and deliver results that truly fit each client’s needs.
Wayne’s dedication extends beyond his clients—he’s an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, and the San Antonio Board of Realtors®, where he has served on the Finance Committee. Deeply involved in the community, he also serves on the Central Catholic High School Alumni Board and is a proud member of the Jefferson Neighborhood Association. When he’s not helping clients, Wayne enjoys time with his wife of 45 years, their four grown children, and six grandchildren.
